Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training and Development Officer located in Ahmedabad. The Training and Development Officer will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing and delivering training programs, overseeing learning and development strategies, analyzing training effectiveness, and maintaining learning management systems. The role involves close collaboration with teams to ensure skill enhancement, employee growth, and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Training Needs Analysis and Training & Development
- Proficiency in Learning Management systems and strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating training effectiveness and addressing gaps
- Excellent Communication skills for conveying ideas clearly and engaging teams
- Ability to adapt to new methodologies and create innovative training solutions
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Previous experience in the service industry or franchise-based businesses is advantageous
Salary: Up to 6Lacs/Annum
