Role : Training and Development Officer
Experience: 1–4 Years
Location : Kakkanad
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certification in Training & Development / Learning & Development (L&D) is a plus
Key ResponsibilIty
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for employees
- Manage and execute structured onboarding processes
- Conduct performance evaluations and assessments
- Support and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
- Drive employee development initiatives and continuous learning culture
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or EdTech industry
- Hands-on experience in onboarding and training delivery
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify development needs
