🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and orientation programs for new crew members
- Design and deliver training on service excellence, leadership, and operational skills
- Ensure compliance with maritime standards like STCW Convention
- Support performance management, coaching, and career development
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and guest satisfaction
🔹 Requirements
- 3–5+ years in Training, L&D, or HR (hospitality/cruise preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in multicultural environments
- Knowledge of LMS and training systems
- Certification in Training/HR is a plus
