🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and orientation programs for new crew members
• Design and deliver training on service excellence, leadership, and operational skills
• Ensure compliance with maritime standards like STCW Convention
• Support performance management, coaching, and career development
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and guest satisfaction

🔹 Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Training, L&D, or HR (hospitality/cruise preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in multicultural environments
• Knowledge of LMS and training systems
• Certification in Training/HR is a plus
