Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training and Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Training and Development Manager will design, implement, and oversee employee training programs to enhance individual and organisational performance. Daily responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments, developing and delivering training materials, managing employee learning and development initiatives, and tracking training effectiveness. The role will also involve coordinating with department heads to identify skill gaps and align learning strategies with organisational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Training & Development, Employee Training, and Employee Learning & Development
- Proficiency in Training Delivery and Instructional Design
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to assess skill gaps and develop strategies to address organisational learning needs
- Familiarity with modern learning tools and e-learning platforms is a plus
- Experience managing end-to-end training programs and analysing their effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training, Education, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industry preferred
