Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training and Development Manager based in Ghaziabad. The role involves designing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills, managing employee learning and development initiatives, and creating instructional materials. The manager will collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, conduct workshops, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Additionally, the role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in an effort to continuously improve the company’s learning and development framework.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Training & Development, Employee Training, and Employee Learning & Development
• Experience in designing and delivering effective instructional materials and programs
• Strong ability to assess, organize, and address organizational training needs
• Proficiency in Instructional Design principles and methodologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of industry trends and ability to adapt to evolving learning technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a relevant field; additional certifications in training, such as CPTM or related courses, are a plus
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or steel industry is a valuable asset
