About the Role
ADR ODR International's AOI India office is seeking a Training & Communication Consultant to support and strengthen its global training function. This role combines programme delivery, communication management, and operational coordination, requiring a detail-oriented and proactive individual.
The role is rooted in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and exposure to or experience in ADR-related work will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Programme Management
- Oversee coordination and execution of training programmes (online and in-person)
- Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of ADR-focused training initiatives
- Act as a key liaison between trainers, faculty, and internal stakeholders
2. Communication & Delegate Management
- Manage end-to-end communication with delegates (before, during, and after training)
- Draft and send training-related emails, onboarding materials, and programme updates
- Ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging participant experience
3. Logistics & Operations
- Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, materials, and platform readiness
- Support both domestic and international programme delivery
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution
4. Technology & Platform Management
- Assist in managing e-learning platforms and digital training tools
- Maintain and organise training resources using platforms such as Dropbox and similar tools
- Support the integration of technology into training delivery
Work Structure
- Hours: 25–30 hours per week (may increase during training periods)
- Flexibility: Hybrid/remote depending on programme requirements
- Travel: Domestic and international travel may be required; costs will be borne by the organisation (subject to visa eligibility and requirements)
Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Exposure to or experience in Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially professional email communication
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital tools is advantageous
- Proficiency in Dropbox and other collaborative/tech platforms is preferred
- Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
- Candidate should be based in India
- Candidate should be available to commence work from the first week of May.

- Salary will be aligned with Indian industry standards, based on experience and skill set
