Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Trainers in the Skill Development program at Fountain of Love NGO, located in Chennai. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering skill development programs, conducting engaging training sessions, developing curriculums tailored to specific needs, and supporting program participants' growth. You will work closely with the HR and program teams to ensure that high-quality training and learning outcomes are achieved. Additionally, you will provide feedback and support to participants to help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training & Development and delivering effective Training sessions
- Strong Communication skills to engage learners and interact with stakeholders effectively
- Experience in Curriculum Development to design structured and impactful training programs
- Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) related initiatives and practices
- Ability to assess learning needs and measure program outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability to work in community-driven initiatives
- Prior experience in nonprofit or social service programs is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Social Work, or a related field
