Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for Trainers specializing in college-level training. Trainers will be responsible for delivering industry-aligned training sessions, developing and implementing engaging curriculum content, mentoring students, and facilitating hands-on activities in alignment with course objectives. Trainers will also provide guidance to help students enhance their professional skill sets, prepare for job placements, and achieve career readiness.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Curriculum Development, Teaching, and Education
- Experience in Training and conducting interactive, impactful training sessions
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with students and delivering content effectively
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to students
- Proficiency in industry-relevant tools or platforms in domains such as Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Programming, UX/UI, Game Development, or similar fields
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Computer Science, Data Science, or related areas)
- Previous experience as a trainer or educator is highly preferred
