Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer specializing in sales and CRM, based in Gurugram.
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer responsible for training and upskilling sales and CRM teams on company products, processes, tools, and customer handling techniques. The role involves continuous monitoring of employee performance, conducting regular training sessions, and ensuring alignment with updated business strategies and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions for Sales and CRM teams
- Train employees on company products, services, workflows, and CRM tools
- Design and update training modules based on business needs and process changes
- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Conduct assessments, tests, and skill evaluations to measure training effectiveness
- Organize regular meetings to share updates, performance insights, and improvements
- Accompany sales teams on corporate/client meetings to stay updated with market trends and product positioning
- Ensure employees are aligned with latest product updates, policies, and sales strategies
- Identify training gaps and implement improvement plans
- Maintain training records, reports, and performance data
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in Sales Training / CRM Training / Corporate Training
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and evaluate employees
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
