Job details:
· Minimum 5 years (for B.E./B.Tech/Diploma) and 7 years (for ITI) of hands-on experience in RAC training, installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
· Deliver classroom and practical training in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) as per the prescribed curriculum.
· Demonstrate installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
· Conduct practical sessions on domestic refrigerators, window ACs, split ACs, package units, and Gas handling & recovery systems and basic HVAC systems.
· Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, practical assignments, and instructional materials.
· Maintain, Registration, attendance records, assessment records, and trainee progress reports.
· Conduct periodic theory and practical assessments.
· Follow safety standards and ensure trainees adhere to workshop safety practices.
· Maintain inventory of workshop tools, consumables, and equipment.
· Be willing to travel extensively across Rajasthan
