Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position as a Trainer for the NGO Sector, based in the Pune Division. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing and delivering training material, and ensuring participants acquire knowledge relevant to the organization's programs. Core tasks include engaging with stakeholders, evaluating participant progress, and updating training methodologies to align with program goals. Administrative responsibilities related to training sessions, such as managing schedules and training logistics, will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Proven expertise in curriculum development and training material design
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities
- Proficiency in program evaluation and participant feedback assessment
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and engage with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of NGO operations, social development projects, and community resource management
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel to implement training programs
