Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer/Motivational Speaker based in Delhi, India. Responsibilities include customizing content to suit diverse audiences, conducting assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of sessions, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure relevant and impactful training.

- Experience in Training Program Development, Curriculum Design, and Workshop Facilitation
- Strong Communication and Active Listening Skills

- Flexible, Adaptable, and Able to Customize Content for Various Settings
- Experience in corporate training or motivational speaking is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred
