Location: Hyderabad (Base: Production Center – Medchal preferred)
CTC: ₹6,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 per annum
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Regional Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer who will be
responsible for driving all training initiatives across the Hyderabad Production Centre (PC)
and Delivery Centres (DC). The role focuses on enhancing workforce capability, improving
operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent training standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute end-to-end training initiatives for Hyderabad PC & DC
Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new joiners
Deliver functional, behavioural, and process training modules
Identify training needs through stakeholder interactions and performance gaps
Design and implement refresher training programs
Ensure training coverage and effectiveness across all hubs
Track and report training metrics and impact
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Central L&D teams
Drive continuous improvement in training content and delivery
Manage training calendars and execution
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: HR / Training / Operations)
2–5 years of experience in L&D / Training
Experience in Logistics, E-commerce, or Operations preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and locations
Comfortable with field travel within the Hyderabad region
Location Requirement:
Candidate should be based in or near Medchal, Hyderabad.
