Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Management:
Utilise basic proficiency in Excel to organise and analyse data points for reporting purposes.
Maintain accurate records of execution per the process.
Generate reports as needed to track key performance indicators.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Collaborate with other teams such as Relationship Managers and Training teams to address and resolve concerns.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of issues.
Crisis Management and Troubleshooting:
Demonstrate strong crisis management skills to address escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
Implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence of similar issues in the future.
Adaptability and Flexibility:
Adapt to changing priorities and work demands, including multitasking and flexibility with shifts and week-offs.
Respond efficiently to sudden changes in workload or task assignments.
Demonstrate flexibility in work schedule to accommodate business needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a similar role within the education technology (EdTech) industry is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and customer and teacher-centricity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate through ambiguity.
- Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during crisis situations and effectively manage and resolve conflicts.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory, with equivalent work experience considered.
