Role Description
This is a contracted on-site role based in Mumbai for a Trainer / Faculty in Digital Marketing. The Trainer/Faculty will develop and deliver engaging courses and lessons on Digital Marketing and related topics, tailored to the needs of students. Core responsibilities include designing curriculum, providing hands-on training, conducting workshops, evaluating the progress of students, and offering mentorship to help them achieve their certification and career goals. The candidate will act as a guide for learners, ensuring concepts are effectively communicated and practical skills are cultivated.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and the ability to clearly explain concepts
- Experience in Curriculum Development and the structuring of Digital Marketing educational programs
- Strong Teaching and Education skills to inspire and guide students through their learning journey
- Demonstrated expertise in Training, including conducting hands-on workshops and interactive sessions
- Relevant experience in Digital Marketing with hands-on expertise in key tools and practices
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred
- Passion for education and mentoring with a results-driven attitude
- Familiarity with AI applications in Digital Marketing is an added advantage
