🚀 We’re Hiring: Trainer Executive – Inside Sales

At The Sleep Company, we are redefining comfort through our patented SmartGRID technology and building one of India’s fastest-growing comfort brands across D2C, E-commerce, and 200+ retail stores.
We are looking for a Trainer Executive who can onboard, train, and continuously upskill our Inside Sales team to improve call effectiveness, customer experience, and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire training (product, process, CRM & sales pitch)
- Drive refresher trainings and skill-building sessions
- Perform call audits and quality checks
- Provide real-time coaching on objection handling and sales pitch
- Work closely with Team Leaders to improve agent performance
- Standardize sales scripts, pitch flows, and training content
- Share insights on call quality trends and training effectiveness
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of experience in Sales Training / Tele-sales Training
- Strong understanding of sales communication & objection handling
- Experience in call monitoring and quality audits
- Excellent coaching, listening, and feedback skills
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM tools and call monitoring systems
- Fluency in Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam
Success Metrics:
