Role Description The Trainer–English is a full-time, on-site role, responsible for delivering high-quality English language training to educators and learners associated with Next Education’s partner schools. This role involves conducting interactive training sessions, workshops, and demos aligned with Next Education’s English curriculum and digital products, ensuring effective adoption of teaching methodologies and resources. The Trainer–English will plan session content, create or adapt training materials, and provide ongoing support and feedback to teachers to enhance classroom delivery and student learning outcomes. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with school leadership and internal teams, maintaining training records, assessing training effectiveness, and recommending improvements in pedagogy and content usage. The role may require regular travel within the region for on-site sessions and close collaboration with academic, product, and implementation teams.
Qualifications
- Strong English language proficiency, with excellent spoken and written communication skills suitable for K–12 teacher and student audiences.
- Experience in classroom teaching, teacher training, or academic mentoring, preferably in English language or literature at the school level.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations using a variety of instructional strategies.
- Comfort with educational technology, including digital content platforms, LMS tools, and presentation software.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with school leaders, teachers, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to plan training schedules, manage multiple engagements, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Willingness to work on-site in Vijayawada and travel to nearby locations for school visits and training sessions as needed.
