Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Trainer cum Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position in Jaipur. The role involves designing and delivering training programs, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting workshops, and monitoring participants' progress. The Trainer cum Coordinator will also help create training content, assess training effectiveness, and ensure alignment with project goals. This role requires active collaboration with teams to ensure program success and adherence to key timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage training sessions and stakeholder communication effectively.
- Proficiency in developing training content, conducting workshops, and assessing learning outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of participants.
- Experience in project management and a proven ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with education, youth development, or social impact projects; previous experience in non-profit or developmental initiatives is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis skills.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
- Passion for social development and commitment to empowering marginalized communities.
