Role Description
This is a part-time on-site Trainer role based in Hyderabad. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting skill-based training sessions, designing tailored lesson plans, and mentoring learners to help them achieve their individual goals. Additional responsibilities include evaluating learners’ progress, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring an engaging and impactful learning experience. You will also collaborate with the platform team to optimize course material and delivery techniques.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in subject-matter expertise, such as coding, data science, communication, finance, or other relevant fields
- Strong instructional and communication skills to deliver live, one-on-one training sessions effectively
- Experience in developing custom lesson plans and providing personalized mentorship
- Ability to assess learner progress and provide constructive, actionable feedback
- A commitment to creating an engaging, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is beneficial
