Integra Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Trainer to train and mentor accounting professionals across finance processes, accounting standards, and accounting software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing training programs, delivering engaging sessions, and ensuring employees are equipped with strong accounting knowledge and practical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct training sessions on accounting concepts, bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
- Train employees on accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, and ERP systems
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assessment modules
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Support onboarding and upskilling of finance team members
- Ensure training aligns with current accounting regulations and industry standards
- Work closely with finance and HR teams to identify learning needs
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 1+ year of experience in accounting, finance training, or related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Experience with accounting software and ERP platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to work with rotational shifts
