Role Description
This is a contract-based on-site Trainer role located in Pune City. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions to learners, creating and updating course materials, and designing content tailored to industry requirements. The role involves conducting practical workshops, monitoring learner progress, addressing individual learning needs, and ensuring an engaging and enriching experience for all participants. Trainers will collaborate with the curriculum development team to maintain the quality and relevance of the training modules.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and teaching experience in relevant domains, such as Finance, Data Analytics, Technology, or Management.
- Expertise in instructional design, curriculum building, and training delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage learners effectively.
- Proven ability to align training content with current industry trends and requirements.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and delivering both theoretical and practical sessions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to address diverse learning needs and levels of understanding.
- Prior experience in academia or corporate training is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; certifications in specialized training areas are an added advantage.
