Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Trainer role based in Kakori. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging instructional sessions aligned with the curriculum, assessing student progress, preparing educational material, and conducting mock tests. The individual will also mentor students, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality learning experience for aspirants preparing for competitive exams.
Qualifications
- Strong instructional and public speaking skills to deliver engaging and effective training sessions
- Proficiency in curriculum development and the ability to create educational content or plans
- Experience in assessing student progress, conducting evaluations, and offering constructive feedback
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to mentor and motivate students positively
- In-depth knowledge of competitive exam patterns, syllabus, and associated preparation strategies
- Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Teaching, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Work experience in a similar role or in the field of competitive exam preparation is strongly desirable
