Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainer and Counsellor at Bloom And Fly Academy, located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Trainer and Counsellor will conduct in-depth training sessions in areas such as aviation, hospitality, grooming, and soft skills. They will provide personalized guidance and mentorship to students, assess their performance, and create tailored development plans. The role also involves hosting workshops, assisting students with interview preparations, and ensuring that students are adequately prepared to excel in the competitive aviation and hospitality industry.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in training and mentoring on aviation and hospitality topics, including grooming, soft skills, and etiquette
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for one-on-one student counselling and group training
- Experience designing and delivering personalized learning plans and conducting workshops
- In-depth knowledge of aviation operations, customer service standards, and industry protocols
- Professional experience in aviation or hospitality sectors is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in Aviation, Hospitality Management, or related fields
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Passion for mentoring and guiding students to achieve their professional aspirations
