Role Description
As a Trainer Acquisition Intern, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding trainers for Crio’s programs. You will manage trainer outreach, evaluate applications, and coordinate communication to ensure an exceptional experience for trainers. In addition, you will assist in developing strategies to improve trainer engagement and satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and interest in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with and attract trainers
- Organizational abilities to manage trainer databases and coordinate onboarding processes
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improving trainer acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
- Attention to detail for vetting and evaluating trainer applications
- Prior experience or interest in the e-learning or technology domain is advantageous
- Enthusiasm to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
