Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chhindwara for a Trainer in Drywall & False Ceiling at Pratham Education Foundation. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on training in drywall and false ceiling installation techniques, developing course materials, and conducting practical assessments. The role also involves mentoring trainees, ensuring the implementation of industry best practices, and providing feedback to enhance their skills. Additionally, the trainer will collaborate with stakeholders to align training programs with industry requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Drywall and False Ceiling installation techniques, with practical experience in the field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and teach trainees.
- Experience in curriculum development and delivering technical training programs.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and industry best practices related to construction and installations.
- Ability to evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Effective team collaboration skills and the ability to adapt to diverse training environments.
- Experience in working with underserved communities or in skill development roles is a plus.
- Diploma or certification in construction, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
