π₯ What Youβll Do:
β
Responsible for the implementation, supervision, and assessment of service standardization within the region, and providing training and guidance to relevant personnel.
β
Managing daily service center operations, including staff skill assessments, to ensure high performance and improved service center rankings.
β
Following up on feedback received from communication channels such as email, network platforms, hotlines, and other customer touchpoints to address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
β
Identifying business pain points within customer service centers and conducting targeted skill-based training to enhance the efficiency and performance of customer service employees.
β
Conducting regular training sessions for service center teams on new products, processes, and company policies.
β
Preparing and submitting daily reports to the Branch Office as per requirements.
