Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainee Test Engineer, located in Gurugram. The Trainee Test Engineer will support the quality assurance team by executing various types of software tests, creating and managing test cases, analyzing test results, and identifying any potential issues or areas of improvement in functionality. The role will involve collaborating closely with developers and other team members to ensure high product quality and usability.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Test Engineering and Test Execution
- Experience or familiarity with creating and managing Test Cases
- Understanding of Testing and Functional Testing processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of basic programming concepts and tools is a plus
