Job Description:
We are hiring Trainee Supervisors for our industrial site operations. This role is ideal for diploma freshers with basic industrial exposure who want to build a career in mechanical maintenance, shop floor operations, and site management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in manpower handling & job allocation on shop floor
- Ensure daily activity completion & schedule compliance
- Support in lubrication management, oil filtration & oil analysis
- Maintain records, reports & shift activities
- Monitor leakages, abnormalities & equipment condition
- Follow and implement 5S & safety practices
- Coordinate with Supervisor and Site In-Charge
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (Mandatory) - Students with Mechanical engineering can also apply.
- 6 months experience / Industrial Training / Internship
- Willing to work in plant / shop floor environment
- Good attitude, discipline & learning mindset
