As part of our selection process, candidates will be assessed on foundational technical skills through an AI-based online screening and an in-person interview. •     Pega — BPM, Case Management, Decision Automation

•     AI Development — Prompt Engineering, AI-Powered Application Development, LLM Integration

Selection Process

Our selection process is designed to be fair, transparent, and efficient. Here is how it works:

AI-Based Technical Screening

An online, AI-powered assessment covering your Must Have technical areas — Programming & OOP, C, Java, JavaScript & Node.js, Web Technologies, SQL, Data Analysis, and Dev Tools. You will be rated on each area (1–5 scale). Results determine who is invited for the in-person round.

In-Person Interview

Shortlisted candidates are invited to our Kharadi, Pune office. The interview covers technical depth across Must Have and Nice to Have areas, plus all four behavioral competencies — Learning Agility, Problem Solving, Communication, and Adaptability. This is also your chance to ask us anything.

Internship Offer & Onboarding

Successful candidates receive an internship offer with a monthly stipend. The internship runs for 6 to 12 months, during which you will receive training, real project exposure, and a performance review at the end of the term.

Eligibility & Requirements

•     Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. (IT / CS / related field)

•     Basic programming knowledge — minimum comfort with Python or any one language

•     Familiarity with web technologies and databases is a plus

•     Strong communication skills in English

•     Must be available to work from our office in Kharadi, Pune (5 days a week)

•     Immediate or early joiners preferred
