Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Trainee Restaurant Manager. The individual will assist in the daily operation of our restaurant, focusing on guest satisfaction, staff supervision, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with kitchen and service teams, managing inventory, analyzing financial reports, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The Trainee Restaurant Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive, team-oriented atmosphere while adhering to company values and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and maintaining a positive guest experience.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff and guests.
- Keen attention to detail for ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and service.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.
