We have an immediate requirement for an MBA fresher for the HR Trainee position in our recruitment team at our Bangalore office.
We are looking for a Trainee Recruiter to be based at our office located in Rajajinagar Industrial Estate.
Trainee Recruiter Position Details:
- Training Period: 3 months
- Stipend during Training: ₹10,000 per month
- Performance Goal: Achieve a minimum of 3 successful joins in the first 3 months.
- Compensation After Training: Upon your successful training you will hired on the company rolls with the revised compensation based on you performance.
Job Description Highlights:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our talent acquisition team. This entry-level role will provide training in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the overall hiring process while working closely with senior recruiters.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in sourcing candidates using various platforms (job boards, social media).
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews.
- Maintaining candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Supporting job advertisement creation and posting.
Walk in to our office from Monday to Friday btw 11 am to 4 PM.
