Fresher Selection Process
Assessment Phase (5 Days)
After the initial screening, shortlisted candidates will be provided 5 days to prepare for an assessment.
This Assessment Evaluates
- Quick learning ability
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong fundamentals in the core technology stack
Learning & Internship Period (150 Days)
Candidates who successfully clear the assessment will be eligible for a
150-days internship, divided into milestones of
25 days each assesment milestones blocks.
Full-Time Employment
Upon successful completion of all internship milestones (each 25-days phase), candidates will be recruited as Full-Time Employees, subject to performance and evaluation.
Purpose – This program is created to identify truly talented and committed individuals by giving them
free access to real project exposure, guidance, and mentorship. Those who
prove excellence, discipline, and ownership will be given
priority for employment opportunities within the company.

Assessment and Internship Details
- Learning Mode: Office-based Only (On-premises)
- Location: Chromepet, Chennai
- Learning Days: Monday to Friday
- Timings: 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM (4.5 hours on daily basis)
- Availability: Continuous availability is mandatory
