We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Consultant (Networking) to provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in networking and IT infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Troubleshoot problems related to LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
- Monitor network systems and escalate unresolved issues to senior consultants.
- Respond to support tickets, emails, and phone calls within defined SLA timelines
- Assist in network configuration, installation, and basic maintenance
- Resolve queries in voice mode
Requirements: -
- Basic understanding of networking concepts
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Open for rotational night shifts.
