Role - Article Trainee - Valuations
Role Summary
Seeking CA Article Trainees to support valuation engagements involving businesses, equity shares, and financial instruments across regulatory and transaction-driven assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in business and equity valuations using DCF, NAV, and relative methods
- Prepare financial models, forecasts, and valuation workings
- Conduct industry and company research
- Draft valuation reports as per ICAI Valuation Standards and applicable laws
- Support seniors in client coordination and documentation
Eligibility
- CA Articleship student (CA Inter cleared preferred)
- Strong basics of accounting, finance, and valuations
Skills Required
- MS Excel proficiency
- Analytical and report-writing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
