Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainee Medical Coder based in Jaipur. The role involves the interpretation of medical records and the application of accurate medical codes for diagnoses, treatments, and medical services. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with medical coding guidelines, reviewing patient data, and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to clarify codes and documentation as needed. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip candidates with the necessary skillset for success in this crucial healthcare support area.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Medical Coding and Coding Experience is required
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology and Health Information Management processes
- RHIT certification or equivalent qualifications will be an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
