Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune Division for a Trainee-Machine Operator. The Trainee-Machine Operator will assist in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting production machinery. Responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, performing routine checks, and collaborating with production teams to meet operational goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate and maintain production equipment effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure machinery operates optimally
- Basic understanding of equipment troubleshooting and repair
- Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a secure working environment
- Adaptability to learn new processes and willingness to take direction from supervisors
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- High school diploma, technical certification, or equivalent educational background
