Position Overview
The Intern HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for open positions within the company. He/ She will work closely with the hiring managers to learn and execute hiring requirement with best possible candidate for each role. He/ She will also be responsible for conducting initial phone screens and scheduling interviews.
The position is based in Noida, India.
Intern will Scale up for Key Learnings and Responsibilities: -
- Learn and handle full life cycle of recruitment process.
- Understanding the requirements to fill various positions.
- Build and prove ability to source and screen candidates using a variety of methods, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
- Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine suitability of the candidate.
- Schedule technical interviews for shortlisted candidates accordingly.
- Follow-up till the final rounds of interview and keep the candidates engaged and informed through the evaluation process.
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles and candidates.
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Desired qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in technology / HR/ Science/ Computer with 0.3 to 0.6 years’ experience of hiring the technical/ IT positions.
- Awareness of contemporary software development technologies understand skills required for technical roles.
- Good English language communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
