Job Title : Trainee Executive - Student Success (Remote) - From Taxation/Finance Background
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Trainee / Entry-Level
Compensation: Upto ₹10,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Working Hours: 8 hours/day
Availability required during either 7:00 – 10:00 AM IST or 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
We are looking for motivated Trainee Executives to join our Student Success Team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who want to build a career in global business development, client engagement, and consulting sales.
You will work closely with prospects, founders, and decision-makers, helping craft compelling proposals and supporting client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft tailored, high-quality proposals for prospective clients
- Identify and engage with decision-makers, founders, and CXOs
- Conduct market research on international industries, companies, and competitors
- Support client onboarding and coordination with internal delivery teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist in outreach and lead generation activities
