We're Renin Aviation. We build HubSpot-powered CRM workflows and data platforms exclusively for aviation companies — MROs, charter operators, flight academies, and airlines. Our clients don't just want software. They want people who understand their world.
We're looking for 3 Trainee HubSpot Engineers to join our founding team.
You will:
→ Get fully certified on HubSpot.
→ Work directly under a solutions architects with 15 years of multi-airline experience
→ Be deployed on live aviation client projects from Month 4
→ Learn aviation domain knowledge that most CRM consultants never get
→ Grow into a junior consultant role within 12–18 months
What we're looking for:
→ A degree in engineering, computer science, or any technical discipline
→ Curiosity about how businesses run — CRM, workflows, data pipelines
→ Strong communication skills — you'll work closely with aviation operations teams
→ No prior HubSpot experience needed — we train from zero
→ Ambition to build a career at the cutting edge of aviation tech
