Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Trainee Engineer role based in Salem. The Trainee Engineer will be involved in learning and executing structural rebar detailing, estimation, and BIM processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing project designs, assisting in the preparation of detailed drawings and models, coordinating with team members to ensure accuracy, and supporting project quality assurance standards. You will have the opportunity to work under the mentorship of experienced professionals to develop your skills in the construction and engineering industry.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Structural Rebar Detailing, Estimation, and Revit BIM modeling
- Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD and drafting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
