About the RoleJSK Industries Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Trainee Engineers for the Production Department. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, and process improvement within the aluminum and power sector.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in daily production operations and shop-floor activities
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and output targets
- Support in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
- Ensure adherence to quality standards during manufacturing
- Identify and help resolve production and technical issues
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments
- Follow safety and environmental guidelines strictly
Eligibility Criteria- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (recent graduates preferred)
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
- Strong interest in working on the shop floor / production environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Willingness to work on-site in Silvassa
