In this role, you will:
● Support & Troubleshooting: Answer live chats and tickets, providing clear and helpful solutions
to product-related & technical questions.
● Virtual Engagement: Join video calls to assist clients with their initial setup and resolve technical
queries in real-time.
● Problem Solving: Act as a curious investigator to diagnose issues and guide users through all
stages of their journey.
● Content Creation: Help build our knowledge base by creating video tutorials and for ourr
Customers.
● Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of SaaS by mastering new product features and
technical updates through our internal training programs.
● Remote Ready: You have a quiet space to work, a high-speed internet connection, and the
discipline to work independently.
This is a full-time position with a 9-hour shift-based rotation. As we support a global 24/7 audience, you
should be comfortable working various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays on a
rotational basis.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
● Location: You are located in and authorized to work in India.
● Education: You have recently graduated with a degree from a reputable university (all streams
are welcome, though Tech/IT/Business/Comm is a plus).
● Communication: You are a native or fluent English speaker with superb writing skills - you can
explain complex ideas simply.
● Tech-Savvy: You "get" technology. You pick up new apps and software effortlessly.
● Typing & Multitasking: You can type 40+ WPM and can navigate multiple browser tabs and
internal docs while communicating with a customer.
● Analytical Mindset: You enjoy puzzles and are quick to recognize patterns or logic in a problem.
