Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee/Customer Service Executive (CSE) in the Voice Process division, located in Ahmedabad. The primary responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare services, resolving customer inquiries, verifying information, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves data entry, communication with stakeholders, and upholding company standards for quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in a professional environment
- Proficiency in handling customer service interactions and ability to provide effective solutions
- Strong multitasking, data entry, and organizational abilities
- Basic understanding of US healthcare processes is beneficial
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to dynamic work environments
- Prior experience in voice process roles or call centers is an advantage
- Graduate or equivalent educational qualification
