Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic fresher to support People Experience and Employer Branding initiatives. This role focuses on creating engaging workplace content and driving employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit Videos, Posters, and corporate content

• Create event highlight and culture recap videos

• Design posters and internal branding creatives

• Support and conduct employee engagement activities

• Assist HR in internal and external employer branding initiatives

Requirements

• Fresh graduate (Any Degree)

(Preferred: Visual Communication / Media Studies / Mass Communication)

• Strong knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / CapCut / Canva)

• Ability to create short-form and corporate-style videos

• Active participation in college events, culturals, or media teams

• Good communication skills and confident personality

• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
