About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) Trainee to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, business growth activities, and vendor coordination/support. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in sales, business development, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Communicate with prospects and schedule meetings/demo calls.
Maintain client and sales records in CRM/software.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
Coordinate with vendors and provide regular vendor support.
Maintain healthy relationships with existing vendors and partners.
Follow up with vendors regarding requirements, updates, and documentation.
Work closely with internal teams for smooth execution of projects/services.
Participate in training sessions to learn sales and business development strategies.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Ability to manage client and vendor communication professionally.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is an advantage.

✔ Graduate/Postgraduate in any field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
✔ Freshers can apply.
