Role Description
This full-time on-site Trainee role is based in Kaman. The Trainee will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various (Production, R&D & QC) operational and strategic functions within the company. Responsibilities will include assisting teams with day-to-day tasks, conducting market research, preparing reports, supporting project implementation, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The role involves collaboration with different departments to understand and contribute to business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
- Basic knowledge of business operations and an eagerness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines
- Graduate or recent graduate in a related field such as Business, Engineering, or Science
- Previous internship experience and interest in diversified industries are a plus
