Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Trainee role located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Trainee will assist in various stages of the production process, support project development, and engage in continuous process improvement activities. This position involves learning the technical, operational, and administrative aspects of the company while contributing to achieving production goals. The role may also include gathering and analyzing data under supervision and participating in training programs to enhance individual skills.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as Bar Turning, Stamping, and Cold Forging is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to collect and analyze data and contribute to process improvement.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or related engineering disciplines preferred.
- Other Skills: Willingness to learn, detail-oriented approach, and basic understanding of quality systems like IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 are advantageous.
