Role Description The Trainee Architect will support the design team in developing architectural concepts, drawings, and presentations for projects. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with architectural design, preparing floor plans and 3D models, contributing to design reviews, and coordinating with senior architects on project documentation. The role also involves researching materials and sustainable design practices, maintaining project files, and helping track progress against timelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular collaboration with team members and participation in client meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Software and design tools, workflows, and collaboration platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Project Management principles, including time management, task tracking, and coordination with project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp,) and familiarity with visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Architecture or a closely related field.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and an interest in sustainable and innovative design.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work in a team, and openness to feedback and learning in a fast-paced studio environment.
