About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and talented final-year students or recent graduates to join our team as Trainee AI/Backend Developers. You will be at the heart of building the next generation of AI-powered applications that solve real-world problems across various industries. Working alongside a talented team, you will help design, develop, and deploy the "brains" behind our intelligent software products—from sophisticated AI agents that can reason and plan, to scalable, real-time data pipelines.
This is an opportunity to move beyond standard web development and work on cutting-edge AI systems. You will be mentored by senior engineers and will gain hands-on experience with technologies like Python, FastAPI, LLMs, RAG and modern cloud-native architectures.
What You Will Do:
•Collaborate with senior developers to design and build RESTful APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI.
•Assist in developing and integrating AI agents and Large Language Model (LLM) powered features into our products.
•Work with databases like PostgreSQL to design schemas and manage data for our applications.
•Help implement and manage asynchronous task queues using technologies like Celery and Redis to handle background processing.
•Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, participating in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
•Learn and apply best practices in software architecture, security, and scalability.
What We Are Looking For:
•Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Strong foundational knowledge of Python and object-oriented programming principles.
•A solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and databases (SQL or NoSQL).
•A demonstrated and passionate interest in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
•Bonus Points: Personal projects involving Python web frameworks (like FastAPI, Django, or Flask), REST APIs, or AI/ML libraries (like Hugging Face, LangChain, or Scikit-learn)RAG, Vectordatabse.
•Eagerness to learn, a strong problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills.
